What is the cancellation policy if I pre-order but I cannot make it in to pickup?
We always deliver all cakes on time, in case of being late to pick up out delivery team will organize on a better time to pick up. Please note there are some cakes we do not allow a cancellation.

Where do I pick up my cake order in the store?
We have delivery points within Kenya. These are complemented by our reliable courier service providers and in-house delivery team. We deliver to most major towns in Kenya.
We have a Nairobi CBD pick up point at Imenti house and also one can pick up at our shop in Embakasi, Off North Airport Road, opp Kenya Builders, Nairobi Kenya.
